Huge excitement and anticipation on the first day of land clearing.....
We waited for the tractor with slasher to arrive so that we can actually gain access through the long grass and brush....
Eventually....after waiting hours....
we realised this is going to be island style time......
the tractor/slasher did not arrive. I felt like slashing the grass with my bare hands....
I could not wait for this adventure to start....
The grass were as high as the roof in some places, but we slowly made our way through the tall grass and brush..deeper onto the land.
The car completely disappeared behind the grass in some places...
Feeling strong and capable for anything and any brush!
This is the spot where we intend to establish our compound...the work/shed area and caretaker's house....
